The 10% restocking fee is due to costs that we incurred with credit card fees, shipping costs and educational materials that are provided after the sale.
Home users pay a 20% restocking fee. This is because homeowners may buy a laser for their various symptoms and then use the laser until the symptoms are gone, using a no cost to “try it” mindset. Avant Family of Lasers: Comes with a 3-year warranty, the longest, unconditional warranty in the industry. During the warranty period we provide yearly service and necessary upgrades at no additional cost.

True Laser Family of Lasers: is covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we will replace any laser due to manufacturing defects or workmanship issues.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidental drops or impacts
• Misuse or improper handling
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact our customer support team within 90 days of your purchase.
2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
3. Describe the issue and any relevant details.
